Copyright © 2026 MithilaDwaar.com. All rights reserved. Where content is attributed to a named author or contributor, that person or entity may also hold rights in their respective work. Nothing on this Site grants you ownership of our content or any third-party content displayed here.
Your use of the Site does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
3. Prohibited use — no copying, scraping, or republication
You may not use Site content in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law. Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, download, or store substantial parts of the Site or its content
- Republish, mirror, frame, or redistribute our articles, translations, glossary entries, or images on another website, app, social channel, book, course, or printed material

Limited personal use is allowed: you may read the Site, share individual page links, and quote brief excerpts (a few sentences) for non-commercial discussion, review, or academic citation — provided you clearly credit MithilaDwaar, link to the original page, and do not suggest we endorse your use. Anything beyond a short quotation requires written permission.
To request permission for republication, translation, commercial use, or bulk data access, email mithiladwaar@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright / Permission Request”.
4. User accounts
Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Site, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access. You may stop using the Site at any time.
5. Content you submit (contributors)
By submitting, you grant MithilaDwaar a license to publish; you confirm the work is yours or you have permission.
This rule applies to blogs, comments, stories, translations, media, glossary entries, and any other material you submit (“User Content”). By clicking submit or sending content through our forms, you agree to it.
You further confirm that:
- Your submission does not infringe copyright, privacy, or any other rights of third parties
- Your submission is respectful and does not contain unlawful, hateful, or misleading material
The licence you grant is non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free — so we may host, display, adapt (for formatting or translation on the Site), and promote your work in connection with MithilaDwaar. You keep ownership of your original work unless we agree something different in writing.
We may edit, refuse, or remove submissions that do not meet our editorial standards. See our About page for how we source and review content.
6. Translation tools and glossary
Translation results, dictionary entries, and language tools are provided for learning and reference. They may contain errors. Automated or crowdsourced translations are not legal, medical, or official documents.
The structure, curation, and presentation of our glossary and translation data are protected. Extracting or republishing large portions of that data is prohibited under Section 3.
7. Products, links, and third parties
The Site may reference artisans, retailers, external websites, or affiliate links. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, or privacy practices.
Product images and descriptions may belong to MithilaDwaar or to credited makers. Do not reuse product photography or listings without permission.
8. Cultural content and accuracy
We aim to present Mithila's culture with care and accuracy. Festival dates, rituals, and regional variations may change or differ by community. Content is for general information — not professional, religious, or legal advice.
If you believe something is incorrect, please contact us. We welcome good-faith corrections.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MithilaDwaar and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Indian rupees (₹100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MithilaDwaar from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
